G'Day, Hello! 

An Islander turned advertising strategist:

I was born and raised on the charming Prince Edward Island, known for our friendly locals, loud kitchen parties, and serene beaches. Growing up in such a small and connected province, it instilled in me a love for creativity and a desire to connect with people.

Now, I find myself in the big city of Toronto, as a Third-year strategist in Creative Advertising at Humber College. While some back home may call me a "come from away," I've gotten the most amazing opportunities to thrive here as a young professional. I'm happy to say, I've never once been asked who my fadder was.

I've begun my first real gig in Marketing within the cybersecurity sector for a small-medium business called Sapper Labs Group. Here, I have been able to apply the knowledge I gained in school while wearing multiple hats around the company.

Why advertising, you may ask? Right now, it's the perfect fit. I needed a career that allowed me to utilize my creativity, strategic thinking, and relationship-building skills all at once. I approach every opportunity, whether academic or professional, with an honest, passionate, and authentic attitude.
